Vasilis: So I'm Vasilis Van Gemert,

Vasilis: I'm a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam, where I teach the next generation of digital product designers about the web. And before that, but that's seven years ago, I quit my job as a principal front end developer at mirabeau which is a large dutch full service web agency.

Vasilis: I called it I quit working. So, I was always very frustrated there, and I guess we'll get to that why I was frustrated there probably the podcast is also about that.

Vasilis: I have studied art. I've studied to become an art teacher but that's a long time ago, so that's my background.

Vasilis: And I have, to design, I have this approach of maybe an artistic approach to design, and I have a scientific approach to design. So the science comes from my father who's a professor, and he always told me that there are no facts but there are hypotheses.
